Can you fill a full-time position?
Absolutely! This is where RAR Staffing shines. Though we have the ability to function as an after hours answering service, the placement of full-time remote employees to handle their own day-to-day work load is why we are here. We have placed maintenance coordinators, billing coordinators, customer service representatives, asset managers, assistant property managers, accounting team members, and the list goes on. What if I just need an after hours answering service?
We can still help! Depending upon your business’ call volume, we will ensure adequate staffing and work closely with you to determine talking points, data capture, and system integration. Whether you are looking for first call resolution or to simply gather information, your new team member(s) are ready to assist.
What is remote staffing?
Simply put - the placement of a “work from home” employee to fill a position within your company/organization.
Where will my employee be located?
RAR staffing places candidates that are located outside of the United States. All of our candidates are put through a thorough vetting process which includes but is not limited to: previous work history/experience, employment verification, full phone, computer, and internet speed checks, as well as a recorded script read during the application process to determine the depth of their accent for placement purposes.
What if I am looking for a bilingual employee?
Given that our team members are located outside of the United States, most of our employees speak a minimum of two languages, with English being fluent and prominent for business purposes within the United States.
Some of our team members speak upwards of 5 languages fluently! WOW!
Why shouldn’t I just hire an employee internally in the U.S.?
You absolutely can, and we would never dissuade you from doing so if that is the route you decide is best for you. With that being said, RAR Staffing has the ability to provide you an employee with the same level of experience, incredible work ethic, and adaptability to your business without the additional costs of onboarding, payroll tax, benefits, PTO, and so on. Our pricing is also extremely competitive and will almost always come in below what you would end up paying your internal hourly employee.
